Chad Haller, MD

Astoria, Queens, NY Ophthalmologist

Dr. Chad Haller is a board certified, comprehensive ophthalmologist and ophthalmic surgeon practicing in Queens, New York. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Arts and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors society. He earned his medical degree from The Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Haller’s ophthalmology training was completed at Montefiore Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Haller’s clinical practice encompasses the medical and surgical treatment of eyes for patients of all ages, from newborns through seniors. He is on staff at Mount Sinai Hospital Queens and Montefiore Medical Center. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology. He maintains membership to the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
